Today Managing and Cultural Director of BAM - Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano, an innovative public-private partnership for the management of a public park that she has overseen since its inception in 2019. Under her leadership, BAM achieved the prestigious "Dubai International Award for Best Practices" in the "Urban Regeneration and Public Spaces" category in 2023, thanks to the positive impact of the project on enhancing people's quality of life and the innovative cultural program within a public space.

Co-Founder and General Director, MITO SettembreMusica international music festival held annually both in Milano and in Turin with more than 270 performances by 4,000 artists. General director of MAST Foundation, a philanthropic organization of a private entrepreneur on innovation, culture, and education. Artistic director of the StradivariFestival in Cremona.
